When Irina Sexton joined the company eight years ago, she was looking for a fresh start. After years of running her family pub, she felt a strong pull back to office life—something she had experienced early in her career and always wanted to return to. That leap of faith led her to our team, and since then, Irina’s journey has been one of growth, adaptability, and achievement.
Starting as an Invoice Administrator, Irina embraced every opportunity that came her way. With dedication and a drive to grow, she moved through four roles, eventually becoming Office Manager in the Finance Department. Her story is a powerful example of how talent, when nurtured in the right environment, can flourish.
What are you most proud of?
One of Irina’s standout accomplishments has been her leadership in our yearly ISO audits. Over the years, she played a key role in gathering and submitting documentation for accreditation—a task she now leads with full confidence.
How has the company supported your growth?
Irina credits much of her development to the company’s trust and investment in her abilities. Over eight years, she has gained hands-on experience in four different roles, building a diverse skillset and finding her strengths.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
She reminds us that while growth and achievement matter, it’s the people around us who often make the journey most worthwhile.
In 2024, Irina was honoured with her first company award, recognising her outstanding contributions and support across departments—a proud milestone in an already inspiring path.
